In the name of God Amen I Manuel Gunsalis Jun. of Memmecatting in the County
of Ulster and Province of New York Yeoman being in Good health and perfect
mind and of sound memory (Blessed be God)do this Seventeenth day of October in
the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty make and publish
this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say First I
give unto my Son Manuel his heirs Executors and assigns the sum of ten Pounds
Current money of New York for his birth right, Then I give and bequeath unto
Rymerigh my Dearly beloved Wife all my Estate Real and Personal during such
time as she shall remain my Widow she making no Waste or destruction thereupon
but in case she should marry again after my Decease then and after such time
she is to have nothing more of my Estate, Then I give and bequeath unto my
Seven Children, Manuel, Daniel, Johanna, Elisabeth, Marie, Jacobus, and Samuel
all my whole Estate Real and Personal to them their heirs Executors and
assigns for ever as Soon after my and my Wifes Decease or if my Wife should
marry again then as soon after she is married to be Equally divided between
them share and share alike and I make and Ordain my Seven Children Manuel,
Daniel, Johanna, Elisabeth, Maria, Jacobus and Samuel my Sole Executors of
this my Will in trust for the Intents and this my last Will contained, and I
make loving Children Overseers of this my Will to take care and see the same
performed according to my true intent and meaning, In Witness whereof I the
said Manuel Gunsalis Jun. have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand
and Seal the Day and year above written

Be it Remembered that on the fifteenth day of September one thousand seven
hundred and Sixty two Personally came and appeared before me Petrus Elmundus
Elmendorph Surrogate of the said County Coenrat G. Elmendorph of Kingston in
the County of Ulster and Province of New York Yeoman and Phillippus Muller of
the same place Cordwaner and being duely sworn on their Oaths Declared that
they and each of them did see Manuel Gonsalus Jun. Sign and Seal the within
written Instrument purporting to be the Will of the said Manuel Gonsales Jun.
bearing date the Seventeenth day of October amog Domini one thousand and Seven
hundred and fifty and heard him publish and Delcare the same as and for his
last Will and Testament that at the time therof he the said Manuel Gonsalus
jun. was of sound disposing mind and memory to the best of the knowledge and
belief of them the Deponents and that their names subscribed to the said Will
are of their respective proper hand writing which they subscibed as Witnesses
to the said Will in the Testators presence and that they the Deponents said s.
Edmundus Elmendorph the other Witness to the said Will subscribe his name as
Witness thereto in the Testators Presence.

these presents shall come or may concern Greeting Know Ye that at Ulster
County on the fifteenth day of September Instant before P Edmudus Elmendorph
Esquire thereunto duely authorized the last Will and Testament of Manuel
Gonsalase Deceased ( a copy whereof is hereunto annexed was proved and is now
approved and allowed of by me, the said Deceased having whilst he Lived and at
the time of his Death Goods Chattels and Credits within this Province by means
whereof the proving and Registring the said Will and the Granting
Administration of all and singular the said Goods Chattels and Credits and
also the Auditing allowing and final discharging the account thereof doth
belong unto me and that administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels
and Credits of the said Deceased and anyway concerning his Will is Granted
unto Samuel Gonsalas one of the Executors in the said Will named being first
duely sworn well and faithfully to administer the same and to make and Exhibit
a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the said Goods Chattels and
Credits and also to render a just and true account thereof when thereunto
required. In Testimony whereof I have caused the Prerogative Seal of the
Province of New York to be hereunto affixed at the City of New York the Twenty
forth day of September one thousand seven hundred and sixty two.
